Three apartment buildings in Kirov were disconnected from gas due to the lack of contracts for maintenance of gas equipment
Contracts for gas supply to apartment buildings concluded before September 1, 2023 expired on January 1, 2024.

If an agreement is not reached, measures will be taken to limit gas supplies. Thus, due to the absence of a contract for internal maintenance of gas equipment, specialists from Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Kirov LLC and Gazprom Gas Distribution Kirov LLC stopped supplying gas to three apartment buildings in the city of Kirov.
Having a contract for servicing gas equipment in a house and apartment is a mandatory condition for gas supply. First of all, this is a matter of safety for the residents of the house. If the subscriber evades concluding a contract, the gas supply will be stopped, which may become the basis for imposing a fine. After concluding a contract and paying for the services of dividing and connecting the gas, the supply will be resumed," said Alexander Chilikin, General Director of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Kirov LLC and Gazprom Gas Distribution Kirov JSC.
