In Lebyazhsky District, a girl was sentenced for taking a guy's life with a blow to the leg
In the Kirov region, the trial of the case of the death of residents of the Lebyazhsky district has ended. The results of the hearing were reported to the district prosecutor's office.
In February 2024, in the village of Lebyazhye, a 25-year-old girl was drinking with her 37-year-old partner. During the feast, a quarrel broke out between them. Suddenly, the attacker grabbed a knife from the table and stabbed the criminal in the leg. Due to severe blood loss, the victim died at the scene of the crime.
Investigators opened a case under the article on intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death through negligence. The girl was detained. Eight months later, the case was sent to court, and the prosecutor announced his decision. The suspect was found guilty and will spend the next nine years in a general regime penal colony.
