The Kremlin has named the main component of the "peace plan of Ukraine": Peskov's exclusive statements

The Kremlin noted that Europe has already experienced negative consequences from supporting Ukraine. In particular, the defense industry is experiencing difficulties. Accordingly, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky is ready to continue the conflict with the Russian Federation until the last combat-ready citizen appears. These and other statements by the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov are in the materials of URA.RU.

Kremlin spokesman Peskov stressed that military and financial support for Ukraine runs counter to Europe's economic interests. For example, in the case of France and Germany, the mobilization of the military-industrial complex (MIC) has led to a budget deficit. Peskov expressed hope that over time, more and more Western countries will begin to realize this and support for Kyiv will decrease significantly.

The Kremlin also commented on the "peace plan" presented by Zelensky to the Rada on October 16. According to the press secretary of the Russian president, the plan is not aimed at ending the conflict, but at escalating it. Peskov called the peace plan temporary. Key points include Kiev's use of missiles to attack Russian territory and the general concentration of Ukrainian combat forces in strategic points. Peskov emphasized that Zelensky plans to continue military action "until the last Ukraine."

Kazakhstan has decided to refrain from joining the BRICS countries, and Russia respects its partner's position. Peskov wrote about this during a conversation with journalists. At the same time, he added that the Russian Federation is happily awaiting Kazakhstan's visit to Kazan to participate in the BRICS-plus summit.

Peskov also commented on Serbia's potential participation in the BRICS summit. He said Belgrade would make decisions that would best serve the interests of the Serbian people, despite pressure from Western countries.

The Kremlin commented on the recent statement by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov about an assassination attempt being prepared against him. Peskov noted that every citizen of the country has the right to contact the police if they fear for their lives.

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov had previously reported an assassination attempt on him. Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on the situation, noting that Kadyrov should contact law enforcement agencies in the event of a real threat.

Dmitry Peskov also commented on the resignation of Stanislav Pozdnyakov from the post of head of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC). He noted that the decision on who will head the ROC remains with the sports authorities. However, he noted that although Russian Olympic athletes are now facing a somewhat critical time, the Russian authorities have nevertheless done everything for them.
