Neighbor who ran over Tyumen woman over remark charged with attempted murder
A neighbor who was driving around Tyumen because of his statements has been charged with attempted murder (Part 2, Part 30, Item 3, Article 105, Item "a" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Our colleagues from SOCHI1.RU reported this. We are talking about a situation that occurred in September in the village of Loo in Krasnodar Krai. It all started when Irina Kobel and her husband Anton asked their neighbor Dmitry to be quiet.
— On the night of September 30, 2024, a quarrel occurred between the defendant, who was intoxicated, and a couple living next door to the territory of the SNT "Dubravushka" in the village of Gornoye Loo, Lazarevsky District. The defendant was listening to loud music where you live. During the collision, the defendant hit a man and a woman with his car, as a result of which they received injuries of varying severity, the press service of the Investigative Committee for Krasnodar Krai reported.
It is noteworthy that Dmitry was stopped by local residents together with the police. Anton was not hit by the car. He received bruises to his ribs and chest. Irina was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Dmitry was detained. In the near future, the investigation team plans to apply to the court with a motion for his detention. A forensic medical examination was ordered to determine the severity of the harm caused to the victim's health.
Let me remind you that Irina Kobel and her husband Anton live in Tyumen. A year ago, the couple bought land in the SNT "Dubravushka" in the village of Loo in the Krasnodar Territory and planned to build a house there. A family lives next door to the Tyumen residents: Dmitry, his wife, mother, younger sister and three children. According to Irina's daughter Anastasia, the entire gardening community often gets into conflicts with neighbors. For example, the daughter of the victim, Dmitry, said that she installed a gate at the entrance to the street, which prevented other residents from passing.
On September 29, Dmitry drank all night and played loud music, Anastasia reports from his mother. When a neighbor disturbed their sleep, Irina and Anton called the police.
