Concert in honor of the 95th anniversary: ​​works by Alexandra Pakhmutova will be performed in the historical and art museum

At the History and Art Museum, the Kaliningrad Regional Orchestra of Folk Instruments will perform a program dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of Soviet pianist and composer Alexandra Pakhmutova. The organizers told Klops Afisha about this.

"Alexandra Pakhmutova has many government awards: Hero of Socialist Labor, People's Artist of the USSR, laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation, two State Prizes of the USSR and the Lenin Komsomol Prize, two Orders of Lenin and a Cavalier of the Order. These are the words of St. Andrew the First-Called. But her greatest reward is the universal love for her music and songs, which reflect the depth and inner strength of human souls and reflect the stages of development of great nations," the program plan explains.

The orchestra consists of more than 30 professional musicians. The group has been delighting listeners in Kaliningrad and other cities of Russia with its creativity for more than 30 years. The musicians' repertoire includes songs of peoples from all over the world, works of Russian and foreign classics, romances, and melodies from films.
