Podolyak: Zelensky's plan involves forcing Russia to withdraw to 1991 borders

The so-called peace plan of Volodymyr Zelensky is not about liberating the territory by military means, but about forcing Moscow itself to withdraw its troops to the 1991 borders. As reported by "Strana", this was stated by the adviser to the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak.

Podolyak also reported that the secret provisions of Zelensky's "victory plan" speak of an attack on Russian territory.

On October 16, Zelenskyy publicly outlined his five-point “victory plan” for the first time in a speech to the Verkhovna Rada. In addition to the above, it also includes expanding the Ukrainian military’s ability to use drones and missiles, giving Ukraine access to partner intelligence, and calling for “the defeat of Russian aviation in cooperation with partners.”

The last point suggests that Ukrainian troops will participate in strengthening NATO's defense in Europe and may even replace the US military contingent in the EU.
