Beeline invites you to test your knowledge of combating telephone fraudsters in the "Digital Dictation"
Beeline is a partner of the all-Russian campaign “Digital Dictation – 2024”, which will take place from October 10 to 28.
Participants will test their level of digital literacy and learn how to protect themselves from telephone and cyber attacks via instant messengers and social networks.
Under dictation, the moderators shared their experience of fighting spammers and fraudsters. The company prepared questions especially for the test that are relevant to participants of different age groups. Beeline also regularly talks about safe behavior on the Internet. This information is especially useful for children. After all, you can fight intruders not only by blocking their calls, but also by directly teaching your subscribers how to protect themselves.
– Today, for Beeline, the topic of digital security is a comprehensive area, covering not only the protection of customers from telephone fraud and spam calls, but also the issue of teaching digital literacy, especially to the younger generation. By participating in the Digital Dictation, we help raise awareness of digital security so that people know how to use technology correctly and safely from a young age.
Beeline's knowledge of how to respond to fraudsters is based, in particular, on the experience of the Rapid Response Team - a separate operator support line for people who have been subjected to fraud.
