The Krasnodar City Hall warned about another wave of letters from fake accounts. Fraudsters are again active on social networks and messengers.

This time, Deputy Mayor Vsevolod Netreba is speaking with a message published in the Telegram channel of the Krasnodar Municipal Institution on October 16. - Please check the information and be careful. Do not continue the conversation, do not provide any information, contact the real person through another channel and report the fraud on their behalf.
In October, it also became known about a fraudster who sent messages from a fake account on behalf of the city's first deputy, Dmitry Vasiliev.
Earlier, Deputy Governor Anna Minkova and Minister of Health of Krasnodar Krai Yevgeny Filippov reported false messages and calls sent in their name.
Let me remind you that a new type of fraud has appeared in messengers. Fraudsters use artificial intelligence to extort money from contacts by generating voice messages from account holders and attaching a photo of a bank card with their first and last name.
