Fire delays heating season in seaside village

In the village of Preobrazhenny in the Razovsky district of Primorsky Krai, three social facilities and 32 apartments were left without heating due to a fire in a boiler room, DEITA.RU reports, citing the local prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. . .

The municipal heating season began on October 15. Five boiler houses operate at the Preobrazheniye enterprise, but one of the boilers was stopped less than a day ago due to a fire. The fire in the facility's electrical panel occurred at about 11 a.m., around noon. hours. The area of ​​the fire was about 10 m², there were no casualties.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations, firefighters and prosecutors are working at the scene. They are trying to determine who is responsible for the fire, which left part of the village without heat.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded residents of Primorye that electrical equipment, including air conditioners and "warm floors", cannot be used for long-term heating of apartments. It must work only under the supervision of the owner and cannot be changed. When people are away from home, this allows you to warm up the apartment before they arrive.
