St. Petersburg company recognized as victim in General Bulgakov's fraud case
St. Petersburg, October 15, FederalPress. In the case of Army General Dmitry Bulgakov, his victim was the Petersburg Sales Company. Law enforcement agencies stated that a representative of the organization provided evidence to the investigation.

Let me remind you that General Bulgakov and several other defendants were accused of fraud on an especially large scale. This incident is connected with a lighting installation at the Army Medical University. We are talking about approximately 50 million in losses.
