Perm authorities have announced the opening dates of the five-star Radisson hotel
A five-star hotel of the international Radisson chain in Perm is planned to open in early 2025. This was announced by the acting head of the Department of Economic and Industrial Policy Nina Kanyukova at a meeting of the Committee for Economic Development of the Perm City Duma.
"In the first quarter of 2025, we plan to open a five-star Radisson hotel, which will be the second stage of the Esplanada multifunctional complex. The hotel has conference halls that can accommodate more than 1,000 people. Given this, we see prospects for the development of business tourism in Perm," Kanyukova said.
The Radisson Hotel has 156 rooms. On the top floor there is a swimming pool, a gym, a spa complex, a jacuzzi and a 24-hour restaurant with a view of the city.
Earlier, URA.RU reported that the developer Prospect-Perm is preparing to receive a conclusion on the compliance of the design documentation for the Radisson Hotel building. The facility is almost ready to open in the very center of the regional capital.
