Russian artillery prevented Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups from penetrating into the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic near the city of Kremennaia, military expert Andrey Marochko reports.
"It has been confirmed that at night in a forest area southwest of Shepilovka, a group of 11 Ukrainian militants secretly attempted to penetrate into our controlled territory," he wrote on Telegram.
According to Marochko, the sabotage and reconnaissance group acted competently and knew the area well. But their plans were thwarted by our artillery fire. After being discovered, the saboteurs quickly disappeared towards the Ukrainian military.
Earlier, the Russian military used the Iskander operational-tactical complex to attack the temporary deployment point of the 72nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The Russian Defense Ministry published a video of the arrival of Ukrainian military fighters hiding on the territory of the Pavlograd plant.
