Armored vehicle plant in Nikolaev halted operations after Russian army strike
Moscow, October 16, 2024, 09:54 — IA Regnum. Russian troops attacked the workshop of an armored vehicle plant in Nikolaev with five missiles, as a result of which the company stopped work. This was reported on October 16 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
The attack at the plant reportedly damaged five industrial buildings and destroyed 10 armored vehicles, including six tanks.
"The production and repair of armored vehicles at the plant has been stopped," the department reported.
According to Regnum, on October 15, a Russian Pacer drone destroyed a Ukrainian militant tank with a missile strike in the border area of the Kursk region. Data on the targets was obtained during aerial reconnaissance.
On the same day, the coordinator of the Mykolaiv pro-Russian resistance, Sergei Lebedev, reported on an attack by the Ukrainian army on a column of military equipment in the Odessa region. According to him, the attack was carried out on the positions of the Ukrainian army in Tatarbunary, Belgorod-Dnestrovskiy region.
