The prosecutor's office opened a case against the director of a management company from Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug due to the low salary of an employee
An employee of the Zhiloy Kvartal agency filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding low wages. The Nefteyugansk District Prosecutor's Office checked the company's activities, found violations of labor laws, and filed an administrative lawsuit against the general director.
"It has been confirmed that the salaries of the employees of Zhiloy Kvartal LLC are below the minimum wage. The prosecutor's office has opened a case against the company's general director on charges of administrative violations under Part 6 of Article 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-payment of wages)," the district prosecutor's office said in a statement on its official website.
The director was brought to disciplinary responsibility. After the prosecutor's intervention, the employee's debt was paid in full. Current salaries are calculated in accordance with the law.
Earlier, URA.RU wrote that the Prosecutor General's Office of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug forced the oil company Negusneft to pay salaries to its employees. The company's debt to employees amounted to 4.5 million rubles.
