Belousov spoke about relations between Russia and China: “We have common views”
Moscow, October 15, FederalPress. The military departments of Russia and China unanimously agree in their assessment of global processes and have a common understanding of actions in the current situation. This was stated by Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov during a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the PRC Zhang Yuxia.
He believes that thanks to the efforts of the leaders of both countries, including Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, a strategic partnership has been established that needs to be strengthened and developed.
Politicians are confident that this year and next they will have fruitful work and important decisions dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the 80th anniversary of the victory over fascism. Belousov emphasized that each state has a common history and path, TASS reports.
Earlier, Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun stressed the importance of deepening strategic cooperation between the Chinese and Russian militaries and working together to maintain global stability. The statement was made during talks with Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov.
