Rosatom management highly appreciates the contribution of Novovoronezh NPP employee to the popularization of a healthy lifestyle
Anastasia Fedorova, senior specialist of the Novovoronezh NPP training center, was awarded the badge of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom for her significant contribution to the development of physical culture and sports in the nuclear industry.
The award was presented to the NV NPP employees by Rosatom Director General Alexey Likhachev on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the founding of ANO Atom-Sport, a branch of the Association of Physical Culture and Sports. The sports festival was held at the Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace in Moscow and brought together more than 600 Rosatom employees.
Since 2021, Anastasia Fedorova has been actively involved in the Rosatom sports movement (the Division Race project) and has become the ambassador of a healthy lifestyle for the Novovoronezh NPP. The athlete gathered more than 130 like-minded people and organized a large-scale training session in the city of nuclear scientists for fans of physical education and sports of various disciplines. The NV NPP athletes' team led by Anastasia Fedorova has been consistently winning championships in the GTO standards among work collectives of the Voronezh Region over the past few years.
The NV NPP employee was one of Rosatom's main ambassadors of a healthy lifestyle. In 2022, she took first place in the problem of Rosenergoatom, Rosatom's energy division, and won the main competition at Atomslet, the main final event of the project, together with Anastasia Fedorova and her colleagues from Novovoronezh and other Russian NPPs. Cup, having successfully overcome the obstacle course.
This year, the "Largest Participation" award was given to the Rosenergoatom team led by Anastasia Fedorova. A special application of the Atom-Sport project, in which nuclear scientists are active all year round, registered 3,000 sports fans.
"Over the past four years, a large sports community has formed in Novovoronezh - a group of like-minded people who support a healthy lifestyle, share experiences and motivate each other. We are friends and organize bike rides through the picturesque surroundings, participate in sports events, play randers, SUP boards, ski and, in a word, charge each other with energy and positivity. We play sports together and work together. I am very inspired by their success. Newcomers join us who have never played sports in their lives, but want to try. I believe that my reward is our joint victory," said Anastasia Fedorova.
Today, the Russian government, regional authorities and large Russian companies are paying increasing attention to supporting various competitions and events aimed at popularizing sports and developing accessible sports infrastructure. Rosatom and its companies are actively involved in this work.

Division Race is a sports ecosystem for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise for nuclear industry workers, their families, friends, Rosatom juniors and students from specialized universities. In 2021, the movement had more than 3,000 participants. By 2024, this number will increase sixfold.
