In St. Petersburg, a salesman was sent to forced labor for stealing 39 smartphones
In St. Petersburg, a court announced a verdict against an unscrupulous equipment seller. This was reported by the joint press service of the city court on the Neva.
The court ruled that Konstantin Vldaytsev, a sales consultant at a store on Fuchika Street, used his official position to take more than 39 smartphones of various brands from his workplace between September and October last year. The model and portable speakers were taken from a digital display case that he accidentally threw away. The damage amounted to 599,000 rubles.
The man pleaded guilty. The court sentenced him to 1.5 years of imprisonment in a state penal colony, but replaced it with forced labor for the same period with the condition that 10% of his salary be collected from the state, and some money was returned to him from the thief.
Let me remind you that the bearded man, inspired by love, stole a “date set” from a store in Kompozitory.
