A dangerous driver with a mental disorder was identified in Svechinsky District

In Svechinsky District, a 34-year-old local resident who was registered with a psychiatrist-narcologist was identified as driving a car. As a result of the prosecutor's investigation, it was confirmed that this man was diagnosed with a mental illness. Moreover, this illness was caused by alcohol addiction.
Prosecutors are convinced that these drivers pose a threat to the lives and health of pedestrians, passengers and other motorists. The department filed a lawsuit demanding that the man's license be revoked. The court ruled that this demand was legal and banned him from driving. The prosecutor's office monitors the execution of decisions.
