Members of a large family will be able to visit the Hermitage for free from October 16. The city's largest museums have expanded their benefit systems. This was reported by the press service of the cultural institution.
- Until now, large families could visit the General Staff Building and the Imperial Porcelain Factory Museum free of charge at any time. Also, once a month - on other days - the central museum complex, entrance tickets to which are offered at a special price of 300 rubles. Now this can be done every day, the report says.
When issuing a free ticket, you must present your ID to the cashier or controller to check the proper status on paper or electronic media. By the way, for the convenience of users, the Russian Ministry of Culture announced the launch of a pilot project to introduce digital IDs for large families. During the experiment, the Federal Museum will check how government services and the automated ticket accounting system interact.
A few days ago, an exhibition opened in the Apollo Hall of the Winter Palace, the main and only exhibit of which was the monster of Hans Riesenberg. This is an outstanding monument of jewelry and applied art of the Middle Ages, created in 1474.
