Foreign and Ukrainian officers were killed in the attack on the Odessa port.
According to Lebedev, almost all the foreign officers present at the scene of the attack on the Odessa port were killed. Lebedev said that among the dead were an English-speaking soldier and several Ukrainian army officers who were present when the ship unloaded weapons, RIA Novosti reported.
