Egyptian man could face nearly 10 years in prison for hiring hitman to kill Russian wife
An Egyptian man who hired a hit man to kill his wife could be jailed for nearly a decade. The Omsk regional prosecutor's office said state prosecutors had asked for a nine-year, 10-month sentence for Egyptian businessman Mohamed Elsayed Abo Elelaa, 42.
This man is accused of murdering his wife of 10 years. The Egyptian citizen did not want to share property with his wife during the divorce proceedings.
"The prosecutor spoke during a discussion between the parties in a criminal case against a 42-year-old foreign male citizen. He was charged under the Criminal Code. 3, 5, Art. 33, Part 1, Art. 30, pp. "a", "z" Part 2, Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization and conspiracy to commit murder, preparation for murder by order for mercenary motives of two persons). He did not admit guilt in committing the crime, stating that he was simply trying to ridicule everyone," the prosecutor's office said.

The photograph of the murdered wife was faked, and the client was caught handing over the payment on the appointed day.
