Tyumen woman kicks security officer in the head at police station
Tyumen resident Ekaterina Ch. At the police station, she insulted and beat up police officer Andrei K. All this happened in November of last year.

In addition, Ekaterina publicly insulted security officials while performing their official duties. By doing so, she "insulted his honor and dignity and caused moral suffering" to Andrey.
The woman was found guilty under two articles: “Use of violence dangerous to life and health against a government official” and “Public insult to a government official during or in connection with the performance of official duties.”
The police officer went to court demanding compensation for moral damages. He asked for 500,000 rubles. As a result, the woman was billed 150,000 rubles as compensation for moral damages.
