Americanist answers whether Trump could have staged a third assassination attempt on himself

It is unlikely that Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump would make a third assassination attempt against him, says political scientist and American scholar Malek Dudakov.

In a conversation with NEWS.ru, the expert emphasized that neither the second nor the third attempt influenced the assessment of the former head of the White House.

According to experts, Trump has enough opponents. He noted that among them were mentally unstable people who could easily buy a gun and go shoot at politicians. The American also believes that a conspiracy of forces that do not like the former head of the White House cannot be ruled out. Dudakov added that Trump's security has been strengthened and protective glass has been installed.

So, while assassination attempts on his life are much more difficult now, it is quite possible that there will be more assassinations in the future. If he wins, I would say it is very likely that there will be more assassinations before or after the election. So Trump should continue to strengthen security," the political scientist concluded.

Earlier, 49-year-old Wham Miller of Las Vegas was arrested near Coachella, California, where Trump was holding a rally. A shotgun, a loaded handgun and a large-capacity magazine were found in his black SUV.
