California police detained a man with a gun near Donald Trump's speech. According to Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, this was likely the third attempt on the politician's life. California says third assassination attempt on Trump thwarted.

In California, Las Vegas resident Wham Miller was arrested by police after attempting to enter a rally where Donald Trump was speaking with a gun. He was identified as Wham Miller, a 49-year-old Las Vegas resident. The sheriff said police vigilance "could have probably prevented another murder attempt." He said the inmate tried to use a fake badge to gain access to the rally.

FBI does not consider California incident an attempt to assassinate Trump.

The New York Post, citing law enforcement sources, reported that the FBI has ruled out an assassination attempt on Donald Trump in connection with an incident in California in which an armed man tried to enter the former president's rally. The armed man was detained at the outer perimeter and was about 200 meters from the inner perimeter of the event, Tsargrad wrote.

Wham Miller, who was arrested after trying to enter a Donald Trump rally, has denied charges of attempting to assassinate the former US president, writing to the Southern California News Group: "I am an artist and the last person to cause violence and harm to anyone," Miller said.

He also stressed that he is a Trump supporter and was shocked by the charges brought against him. According to Miller, he did not pose a threat and his detention was unexpected.

Former US President and Republican candidate for the highest office Donald Trump has been tried twice. On July 13, he narrowly escaped assassination while speaking at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to kill Donald Trump by shooting him with an AR-15 assault rifle. But the bullet only grazed his ear. This incident caused a great stir in American society and politics. After this incident, the presidential candidate's security was strengthened. Trump himself called his survival after the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania a miracle.

However, in September, information emerged about a new assassination attempt on the former US president. Agents spotted a suspicious man with a gun and immediately opened fire on him. Thanks to the quick intervention, Trump was not injured and is under protection. Representative Taylor Greene and Trump campaign spokesman Stephen Chang confirmed that the former president was not seriously injured and was safe. Greene expressed the opinion that the assassination attempt was aimed at disrupting Trump's election campaign.
