More than 70% of Krasnodar residents surveyed have already planned their vacation for 2025
Economically active citizens of Krasnodar who have permanent employment took part in a survey on the job search service SuperJob.
A survey conducted by the job search service SuperJob showed that 71% of Krasnodar residents have already made plans for vacation in 2025. Every second person plans to go on vacation in the summer, every tenth in the spring, 7% in the fall and 4% in the winter. 10% of citizens do not have any particular preferences and rest according to the schedule set by the HR department.
More women than men vacation in summer (54% and 48%, respectively) and spring (12% and 8%). 12% of the stronger sex do not have specific wishes for the vacation date and prefer to follow the established schedule, among women there are fewer of them - 8%. Respondents under 34 and Krasnodar residents aged 35-44 are more likely to plan a summer vacation (52% and 50%, respectively, compared to 46% of respondents over 45).
As reported earlier, the most profitable months for vacation for Russian workers in 2025 will be July and October. In total, this month will have 23 working days on a 5-day schedule. Experts also recommend considering holidays with 22 working days in April, September and December. Conversely, May, June and November are expected to be less profitable due to fewer working days.
Yulia Sanina, formerly the Director of HR and Organizational Development at Rabota.ru, singled out October 2024 as the most favorable month for autumn holidays. Experts say that during this period, the minimum number of vacation days and the maximum number of working days are recorded. Consequently, there are 23 calendar working days in October.
