So, our patients are men / women over 40 years old, overweight and with worsening conditions (type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, gout (hyperuricemia), hyperlipidemia, hypertension - all components of metabolic syndrome) and with more severe worsening conditions (insulin The presence of a type - see Itsenko-Cushing's disease or corticoplastoma (in my case)), without medical intervention, nothing will come of it. Not a word at all. Unbelievers can google medical reports on Isenko-Cushing's disease, which show that patients who consumed 700 kcal per day did not lose weight... they simply lost mobility, fell into a coma and died. Were there fat people in concentration camps, also not sure. This is a classic survivorship bias. Okay. In the end, those who failed to lose weight simply died... Therefore, it is contraindicated for young and healthy people to read more texts, this is only for mature and sick (unfortunately) people. I violate my usual beliefs. To lose weight due to diabetes-2 and insulin resistance, it is recommended to eat once a day (intermittent fasting, which can be done more than once a day, but up to 8 hours during a short eating window). Low average daily insulin levels in the blood. 2. And vice versa, with type 2 diabetes, fractional nutrition is the easiest way to gain weight. You can eat low-fat yogurt 6 times a day (the highest insulin index) and successfully lose weight, despite the calorie deficit. 3. Physical exercise will not help you lose weight. More precisely, it certainly helps, but in huge quantities. All doubters can subtract the calorie expenditure on physical exercise from the calorie expenditure on body functions in a normal state (see Ilya Muromets, 30 years old, 3 years at the stove). Wow, that would be very weak. Therefore, exercise machine manufacturers indicate the number of calories consumed per exercise, without subtracting the so-called calories. Basic calories. 4. Because strength training is necessary .. they train speed (not necessarily for everyone), strength and endurance. Without them, you can lose or gain weight, but you will not be able to enjoy swimming, run beautifully along the beach or have great sex))) First of all, my personal weight confirms all this.
