Russian military takes control of Levadnoe in Zaporizhia region
In the Zaporizhia region, Russian troops took control of the village of Levadnoye. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
The report says: "Units of the Vostok division liberated the village of Levadnoye in the Zaporizhzhya region and took up more advantageous positions."
Levadnoye is located between the city of Gulyaipole and the village of Velyka Novosyolka. To the south of the village is the village of Stepovoye, the capture of which the Russian Defense Ministry reported on July 1.
According to the Defense Ministry, over the past 24 hours, Vostok fighters have struck personnel and equipment of three Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades in the areas of Dobrovolya (DPR) and Temirovka (Zaporizhia Oblast). The Defense Ministry reported: "The enemy's losses amounted to 120 soldiers, one armored personnel carrier, four vehicles, a 155-mm Bogdan self-propelled howitzer, and one French-made Caesar."
