Kirov activist records video message to Vladimir Putin
Valery Semenishchev raised the issue of housing and communal services. According to him, many houses in Kirov cannot solve the heating problem. Residents are without heat and hot water.
There has been no heating in the house on Profsoyuznaya 29A for five days. There is not even hot water in the house. The residents do not know what to do. They started changing the pipes themselves. Now at least someone helped me turn on the heating. Because they cannot warm up. I sent an appeal to the head of the city administration Simakov and the deputy chairman of the government Zherdev, but, as you understand, there is no hope that they will help me now," the activist explained the problem.
According to Valery, as a public figure, he has been involved in housing and communal services issues in Kirov for about 10 years. He believes that it is very difficult to solve problems in this area in our city. In his speech, the man mentioned several other topics that are relevant to him.
On his social media page, he posted a video in which Valery asks the Russian president for help.
