A Nakhodka resident drank and hung his dog on a leash in front of his neighbors

Not long ago, a resident of Nakhodka abused his dog by hanging it on a leash on the balcony. An eyewitness to the incident, Alina, told the Telegram channel that the drunk man abused his pet in front of his neighbors and said that the dog should be punished for "sitting on the couch."
Witnesses started filming and forced Zhivodera to put the dog on the ground, but he still wouldn't let go of the leash. Despite this, the outraged neighbors still saved the animal and sent it to a veterinary clinic, and Alina took the dog for temporary care after the examination.
"The man was standing at the top and looking into the distance. Then the dog flew out onto the balcony and hung there again," she recalls.
The victim is now looking for a new owner. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
Earlier, a protest was held in Irkutsk after teenagers in the village of Kotyk tortured a dog.
