No Meat, All Soy: Roskachestvo Determines Sausage Brands That Should Not Be Purchased Even on Sale
No meat, only beans: Roskachestvo has identified brands of sausages that should not be purchased even on special occasions.
Roskachestvo experts conducted a study of various types of sausages sold on the Russian market and, based on the results, compiled a "black list" of brands, recommending that their products be disposed of. Many types of these products were found to have numerous violations, especially in terms of product quality and safety. For example, some samples contained unacceptable additives, including unspecified dyes, trace amounts of prohibited antibiotics, and the presence of poultry and soy that do not meet requirements.
Servelat took first place in the "black list". Products under the brand name "Dmitrogorsky Product" received a low rating due to the presence of dyes and traces of antibiotics. Similar violations were also found in relation to the sausage brand "Starodvorskie", where poultry meat and beans were also found. This is an unacceptable ingredient in cervelat.
Similar problems were found with other brands. Traces of antibiotics were also found in the Yola agroholding and Yegoryevskaya sausages.
