Taganrog residents urged to prepare for possible evacuation due to bad weather
Residents of some areas of Taganrog have been warned of possible evacuation due to bad weather in the region. This was reported by the city's head Svetlana Kambulova on her Telegram channel.
City experts note that the water level in the Taganrog Bay is rising due to strong winds. Emergencies Ministry employees are conducting door-to-door visits to citizens whose homes are located in disadvantaged areas.
The water level in the bay is constantly monitored. Then rescue teams with all the necessary equipment will be on duty around the clock.
"You need to take precautions to protect your belongings and be prepared for the fact that you may have to leave your home. Follow all safety rules!" Kambulova wrote.
In November, sharp temperature changes are expected in the central European part of Russia. However, the overall average monthly temperature is expected to be normal.
From November 5, 85% of the territory of the Russian Federation will be covered with snow. According to weather forecasters, the entire Northwestern Federal District, the entire Far East, the Central Federal District and most of the Volga Federal District will be covered with snow.
