Doctors have warned about the dangers of salt water. We are talking about salt contained in canned vegetables. According to specialists from the Syzran Central State Regional Hospital, consuming this spice in large quantities can cause kidney problems and increase the risk of stroke.
"When eating canned vegetables, rinse them in salt water first," doctors advise.
Doctors urge people to give preference to fresh vegetables and fruits and forget about ready-made sauces and salad dressings. According to doctors, the norm of salt is no more than 5 g per day.
