Rospotrebnadzor to check morning filters in schools and kindergartens due to Coxsackie virus
Rospotrebnadzor is monitoring morning checks in schools and kindergartens amid information about cases of the Coxsackie virus. As the press service of the agency told journalists, the minor will be checked for symptoms of the disease.
"Rospotrebnadzor will monitor the implementation of mandatory morning filters in schools and kindergartens during the period of seasonal increase in the incidence of diseases in accordance with current regulations," the agency said in a statement.
Rospotrebnadzor also noted that the restrictions will be introduced due to the local situation.
Life.ru previously reported that residents of the Moscow and Vladimir regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory, were complaining about the Coxsackie virus in kindergartens and schools. The children had rashes on their bodies and ulcers in their mouths. Parents are concerned that the infections could have been brought in by tourists returning from Turkey.
