СК РФ: экс-начальнику ИК-10 в Пермском крае дали три года условно за растрату
The former head of the Perm penal colony IK-10 was found guilty of embezzlement, and the court sentenced him to three years in prison. This was reported by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia through its Telegram channel.
According to the investigation, in 2022, the defendant, together with his accomplices, organized the production of unaccounted wood and lumber products in a penal colony located in the Chusovsky urban district of the Perm region. The goods were then given "as a gift" to a specific person. The press release does not specify who these people are or what will happen to the donated products.
The actions of the former head of IK-10 were recognized as theft in the total amount of more than 2 million rubles. The criminal case "was considered as a separate proceeding in terms of concluding a pre-trial cooperation agreement."
The person found guilty during the preliminary investigation voluntarily compensated for material damage in the amount of 450,000 rubles. In addition, his fortune was about 800,000 rubles. As a result, the court sentenced him to three years of imprisonment.
On October 14, it was reported that the former deputy governor of the Leningrad region, Mikhail Moskvin, was sentenced to four years in prison for 8.5 million rubles in bribery and embezzlement of funds from the regional fund for the protection of shareholders' rights. The amount is no less than 330 million rubles.
Earlier, the court arrested businessman and former senator from the Nenets Autonomous Okrug Alexander Sabadash on charges of fraud and embezzlement.
