Fraudsters send messages on behalf of the head of the Timashevsky district in Telegram

The head of the Timashevsky district, Andrey Paliy, warned against scammers sending messages in messengers on his behalf. He reported this through his Telegram channel.
- Again, the scammers are probably sending messages on my behalf via Telegram and other messengers to the heads of enterprises and institutions. The message asks everyone to be careful, not to respond or follow links, and to check the information. Do not fall for the tricks of the scammers.
He asked to remind elderly relatives how to behave if unknown people ask for their personal information, PIN codes for cards, offer to buy things or “save up” money for a spare account.
Earlier, Krasnodar residents were warned about a message sent from a fake account on behalf of Deputy Mayor Vsevolod Netreba.
In October, it also became known about a fraudster who sent messages from a fake account on behalf of the first deputy of the city of Krasnodar, Dmitry Vasiliev.
Earlier, Deputy Governor Anna Minkova and Minister of Health of Krasnodar Krai Yevgeny Filippov reported false messages and calls sent in their name.
