Novosibirsk confectionery chain "Kuzina" has once again allowed a technical default
Novosibirsk confectionery chain Kuzina has defaulted on its bond obligations, according to the company's information disclosure website.
It turned out that the company did not pay its creditors profit for the 18th coupon period on time.
According to YULKM LLC, which represents the interests of bondholders, Kuzina's company owes 949,200 rubles. According to Russian law, companies have 10 working days to fulfill their obligations to investors. If the company fails to meet this deadline, it may declare default on October 31, 2024, which will allow investors to demand early repayment of the entire debt.
It is known that this is not the first time that Cuzina has encountered similar problems in the summer of 2024.
