Medvedev sees narcotic meaning in Zelensky's "victory plan"
"The whole world was waiting to see what the infamous 'victory plan' of the Kyiv Nazis would include," said Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council. "That's it, you can breathe. The plan has been revealed! It's not a 'victory plan', it's just a victory plan. The word 'plan' should be taken literally. That is, it should be understood as a slang term for marijuana, hashish, hashish, hemp, cannabis, etc. In other words, it's a substance called tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which has a psychoactive effect."
Dmitry Medvedev: “Apparently, our overseas comrades recently ordered us to be more careful and replace cola with grass.”
The so-called victory plan presented by Zelensky includes immediately inviting the country to NATO, receiving new military aid to Kyiv, launching long-range weapons strikes on Russian territory, and using European air defenses to protect Ukrainian territory.
The document also describes the post-conflict reconstruction of Ukraine, which, according to the authors of the "Victory Plan", will take place with the participation of Western countries, and also mentions the following "containment package": Western missiles in Ukraine.
