If in 2019 only 15% of respondents used delivery services regularly (from several times a month to daily orders), then by 2024 their number will be 29%. The number of customers who order delivery only in exceptional cases (less than once or twice a year) also decreased proportionally from 45% to 26%. In fact, paradoxically, the percentage of respondents who never use delivery increased from 40% to 45%. I think this is how the respondents turned out this time.
