Orbán assessed Zelenskiy’s ‘victory plan’

The so-called "victory plan" of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will lead to Ukraine's defeat in the conflict with the Russian Federation. This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, TASS reports.

According to him, many EU member states still intend to continue military actions. But the local community and Kyiv are already losing the confrontation with Moscow.

On October 16, the Ukrainian leader presented his "victory plan" for the first time at a session of the Verkhovna Rada. According to him, the document consists of only five points.

The first provision concerns inviting Ukraine to NATO until the end of hostilities. The second and third points include Kiev lifting restrictions on the use of Western weapons to attack Russian territory and the deployment of a certain "deterrence package" in the country without a nuclear component. The fourth article speaks of the need to increase sanctions pressure on Moscow, and the fifth article speaks of the participation of Ukrainian troops in the activities of NATO troops in Europe.

In his speech, Zelensky emphasized that the second and third points of the "Victory Plan" contain secret provisions. The same applies to the fourth point.
