Red caviar and fish will become more expensive in Primorye again
Vladivostok, October 18, FederalPress. The Association of Primorye Fishing Enterprises stated that prices for fish and red caviar will increase in the near future. The reason was given by the Association's President Georgy Martynov.
According to him, the second reason for the rise in prices for this product is the decision of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers to change the mechanism for extending contracts for the use of fishing grounds for the production of Pacific salmon.
"I think that's also a reason. "Salmon will never get cheaper," the expert added.
As Martynov notes, salmon prices will rise accordingly by the end of 2024, and in 2025 the price increase will be felt more strongly, writes PrimPress.
