Former TV presenter Kurbangaleeva appealed her foreign agent status
Kurbangaleeva is a defendant in a criminal case related to public calls to justify terrorism and the dissemination of fake news about Russian military personnel.
As reported by the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow, Kurbangaleeva filed an administrative complaint against the Ministry of Justice. The court date has not yet been set.
As the Vzglyad newspaper writes, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow has arrested in absentia the former host of the Vesti program on the Rossiya-1 channel, Farida Kurbangaleeva, in a case of justifying terrorism on the Internet. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs had declared her wanted, and the Ministry of Justice had included her in its register of foreign agents.
