Governor Andrey Travnikov sets tasks for additional gasification in Novosibirsk Oblast
A meeting of the regional headquarters for gasification was held in the regional government, chaired by Governor Andrei Travnikov.
A report has been prepared on the progress of social gasification measures in 2024, including social support measures provided to citizens of preferential classes in the process of household gasification. This concerns the financing of the activities of Gazprom Gazifikatsiya, the Unified Gasification Operator, LLC, within the framework of post-gasification.
Novosibirsk Oblast ranks second in the Russian Federation in terms of funding for integrated operators, which it shares with Sverdlovsk Oblast, after Leningrad Oblast. In 2024, the integrated gasification operator has already sent almost 2.6 billion rubles to Novosibirsk Oblast.
Andrey Travnikov emphasized that the main task of the industry over the past three years has been the implementation of the social gasification program launched by the President of Russia.
The Governor said: "We have achieved results in the number of applications submitted. Over the past two years, we have made this task a priority, looked for options, and it must be admitted that 44 thousand applications is a good dynamic, as well as the creation of conditions for connection. For this, we would like to thank all the companies of PAO Gazprom and all other distribution organizations participating in the program. I propose to focus separately on the preferential categories of citizens. Let's set a goal to connect at least 90% of beneficiaries."
Currently, additional gasification activities are being implemented in 17 districts and 5 urban districts of the Novosibirsk Region. Nine gas distribution organizations are participating in the implementation of additional gasification activities in the Novosibirsk Region, the largest of which is Gazprom Gas Distribution Tomsk.
According to the approved plan for additional gasification for 2022-2030, the number of households subject to additional gasification in the Novosibirsk Region is 69,694 households in 153 settlements. The specified percentage of implementation for the period 2021-2024 is 88%.
According to the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation, the post-gasification program includes such social facilities as schools, pre-school educational institutions, state medical institutions and municipal health care systems. Governor Andrei Travnikov also instructed to develop a proposal to include social protection facilities with large-scale housing in the post-gasification program.
In his address to the Federal Assembly in February 2024, the President of the Russian Federation stated the need to include garden associations of populated areas in the social gasification program. An individual schedule for additional gasification of households in SNT is drawn up taking into account the inventory, assessment of the technical feasibility of additional gasification and the timing of the implementation of measures jointly with local governments and gas distribution organizations. Novosibirsk Oblast was formed, providing the possibility of technological connection for 8,054 households in 240 SNT.
In terms of providing social support measures to certain categories of citizens within the framework of additional gasification measures in the Novosibirsk Region, these measures are provided in the following forms: Compensation of expenses in the amount of expenses actually incurred by citizens in connection with the implementation of gasification measures for residential buildings, not exceeding 100,000 rubles; Citizens of preferential categories are paid subsidies in the amount of no more than 100,000 rubles per household for the costs of purchasing and installing gas-using equipment and carrying out work within the boundaries of a land plot.
