In Nizhny Tagil, on Valeginskaya Street, 7, boiling water has been pouring out of a burst pipe in the basement of a building for two days in a row. Local residents report seeing steam near the entrance.
"In Nizhny Tagil, Vagonka, Valeginskaya Street, Building 7, we have been experiencing problems with hot water pipes breaking for the second day. Because of this, steam is coming out of the basement." Residents of the building told the Nizhny Tagil group "Incident" on the social network "VKontakte".
According to the group, emergency services have already arrived to help resolve the issue, but the situation has not yet been resolved. Local residents also note that their homes have not had hot water all summer.
