Voronezh driver's unexpected decision caught on video
The Mazda driver was fined 5 thousand rubles for hitting an oncoming car on Ostuzheva Street in Voronezh. This was reported by a state traffic inspector.
The driver was charged under the article “Driving in violation of traffic rules in a lane intended for oncoming traffic” (Part 4 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
