Single fathers with many children may be allowed to retire early
Single mothers with many children will be granted the right to early retirement, and the bill is planned to be introduced to the state legislature on October 17, TASS reports.
The authors of the project were deputies from the LDPR forces, headed by the party leader Leonid Slutsky.
"It is proposed to establish the right to early appointment of an old-age insurance pension for men who are the only parents of three, four, five or more children aged 62, 61 and 55 years, respectively," the authors say.
This document provides a number of conditions for obtaining such rights. The size of the individual pension coefficient is not less than 30, the length of service is not less than 15 years and child care is provided for 8 years after receiving the status of a single parent.
