The court will review the case of the garbage truck driver and the driver who crashed into a forklift near Slavsk. This was reported by the district court.
A fatal accident occurred in 2021. In the village of Shcheglovka on Timiryazevskaya Street, a Nissan collided with a garbage truck parked on the side of the road. The truck driver and his partner died. The investigation established that the driver was driving under the influence of drugs.
In 2023, the man was forcibly sent for treatment. This decision was subsequently appealed and overturned, and the case was sent for a new trial to the same court, but in a different set of circumstances. A repeat hearing is scheduled for October 18, 2024.
