The man came to a pond in the Petropavlovsky district. He knew that the area was guarded 24 hours a day, but that did not stop the attackers.
The man was fishing for carp in a pond with a net. He was discovered and taken into custody by shelter staff.
53 carp weighing 32 kg were found in the fisherman's net. The damage caused amounted to 11,200 rubles (based on the cost of the caught carp - 350 rubles per kilogram).
The attacker was found guilty. He was fined 7,000 rubles. The sentence had no legal force.
