87% of Krasnodar residents surveyed expect to receive their 13th salary in 2024
Avito Work conducted a survey of about 8 thousand Russian workers and found that 33% of Krasnodar residents have employers who pay bonuses at the end of the year. 20% receive bonuses annually, and 13% receive bonuses in each specific case. At the same time, 71% of these respondents received their 13th salary in 2023. This percentage was more often expressed among employees in the IT (78%) and manufacturing (76%) sectors. At the same time, 87% of respondents already expect to receive a bonus in 2024.
In 2023, 40% of Krasnodar residents received a bonus equal to or almost equal to their salary. 18% were paid an amount equivalent to about half of their salary.
The survey showed that in most cases, residents of the Kuban capital spend their 13th salary on everyday needs (27%), gifts and New Year's greetings (24%), small purchases for themselves (17%) and save. That's how it happened. Use a savings account or invest (17%). Another 8% used the money to pay off a loan or mortgage, 19% used it to buy something large, and 7% used it for repairs.
As reported earlier, most residents of the Kuban capital prefer to indicate salary expectations in their resumes: 35% always do this, sometimes - 31%. On average, respondents who indicated their desired income earned 32% more than they were receiving at that time.
