Rosmorrechflot distributed subsidies of 2.3 billion rubles for sea transportation to the Kaliningrad region
The Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) has distributed subsidies totaling 2.3 billion rubles for maritime transport in the Kaliningrad Region. This was reported on Wednesday, October 16, by Interfax, citing the agency's press service.
"On the 2024 voyage, 27 vessels (16 operating companies) will ensure transport accessibility of the Kaliningrad region. Currently, agreements on the provision of subsidies have been concluded with all of them. "After submitting supporting documents to Rosmorrechflot, shipping operators, as of October 15 of this year, received 2.27 billion rubles from all 16 companies based on their applications," the report says.
Grant recipients will be responsible for deciding what to do next after the funds have been spent.
