The condition of Pichugin, who drifted for two months in the Sea of Okhotsk, has been revealed

Vitko reported that the patient is under constant supervision of the Magadan Region Health Department. All consumables and medications necessary for recovery are fully provided. So far, Pichugin's recovery is going according to plan and there are no concerns, the minister added.
As Vzglyad newspaper reported, after drifting for two months in the Sea of Okhotsk, Mikhail Pichugin survived thanks to rainwater and a sleeping bag made of camel wool. Earlier, a boat with three people who had gone missing two months ago was found in the Sea of Okhotsk, of whom only Mikhail Pichugin survived. Pichugin was taken to a hospital in Magadan in a stable condition. Prosecutors plan to check whether the vessel is equipped with communications equipment, radios, red flares and life jackets to alert about emergencies. As a result of the criminal case, Pichugin could face up to seven years in prison.
